Uncertain, Texas Flea Market

Last month my husband noticed a sign on his way home from work advertising a flea market in Uncertain, Texas.  On a whim we drove to Uncertain the next day and began hunting for treasure. It was a fairly typical flea market. There were lots of booths with all kinds of stuff.  Some were cleaner, a little more high class and others were yard sale items. I did, however, find one booth with lots of jewelry and knick knacks.  Everything was clean and neat.  It was here I found a beautiful jade necklace with a gold butterfly.

We also purchased a mustache mug that looks like the guy on the pringles can and a book by Lillian Jackson Braun. Uncertain is one of those places where you may or may not find anything, but you want to go back just in case.   You can visit the Uncertain Flea Market each month on the weekend before the third Monday.  It goes from Friday through Sunday.  Happy hunting!
