One for the Money
by Janet Evanovich
I have mixed feelings about this book. It is the first in a series of mysteries starring Stephanie Plum. Stephanie has been laid off and has gone through her savings. She’s in need of work and is desperate, so she takes a job at her Vinnie’s bail bond business. She’s now out trying to bring in fugitives and bail jumpers with no experience and no idea what she’s doing. The book had some language and was a little graphic in places. It wasn’t my usual cup of tea, but it was quite funny. I laughed throughout the book and absolutely loved Grandma Mazur. She is such a hoot!
